Issue Briefs

The following Issue Briefs are intended to capture the salient points of the various discussions that occur at each Green Collar Jobs Council (Council) meeting including; the background that led to the discussion, the key points of each conversation, and any outcomes or recommendations offered by the Council Members and presenters during each meeting. These Issue Briefs will support the recommendations put forward in California’s Green Workforce Master Plan and will allow the Council to provide real time recommendations on workforce and economic development and highlight the important discussion that is occurring at each Council meeting.
